Paul and Anna are using their Oil Seed Rape crop to produce Extra Virgin Cold Pressed Rapeseed Oil which is pressed, filtered and bottled on the farm at Carnaby.

Gold From The Wold is a comparable product to olive oil, lending itself to a variety of culinary uses including cooking and salad dressings, but it contains only 6% saturated fat, contains omega 3, 6 and 9, is locally produced, fully traceable and with a carbon footprint far better than imported olive oil.
